All courses are currently held online
We have a very good success rate in placing students in work placements, but this cannot always be guaranteed. We aim to place students within an hour’s travel distance from their home. We also assist with placement searching, CV reviews, and interview preparation.
• Childcare, Level 3 students will have to do a minimum of 350 hours a week in a work placement.
• Dental Nursing, Level 3 students will have to do a minimum of 16 hours a week in a work placement.
• Pharmacy Assistant, Level 2 students will have to do a minimum of 14 hours a week in a work placement.
• Pharmacy Technician, Level 3 students will have to do a minimum of 14 hours a week in a work placement.
• Health & Social Care, Level 4 students will have to cover a minimum of 75 hours in a work placement.
• Health & Social Care, Level 5 students will have to cover a minimum of 100 hours in a work placement
• Education and Training, level 5 students will have to cover a minimum of 100 hours of teaching practice
This is at the employer’s discretion and can be discussed during the interview process.

Students need to have English, Maths and/or Science at GCSE level or equivalent (Level 2 qualification) whether this is from the UK or EU. All qualifications from abroad need to be translated into English before the student can enrol.
If you do not have English, Maths and/or Science at GCSE level or equivalent (Level 2 qualification) we do provide BKSB assessments in English and Maths (at a small fee) to cover this requirement.
Depending on the course, you may need:
- Valid photo ID (Passport)
- Proof of address (dated within the last 3 months)
- A British passport or a Share Code showing your UK residency status
- National Insurance Number or right-to-work documentation
- Certificates of previous qualifications
- Updated CV with relevant work experience
- Health Declaration (available from the College)
- Character References (form available from the College)
- Personal statement for UCAS application
There are a few other fees that are separate from the course fee. They are Enrolment Fee and Awarding Body Registration Fee. There is also a fee for the BKSB Assessments:

What are the payment options?
Self-Funded (Bank Transfer, Direct Debit or Credit Card)
No. We do not have a sponsorship licence and cannot accept Tier 4 visa students.
We only accept UK and EU students or those with settlement status (Indefinite Leave to Remain).
However, international students can take English language courses on a short-term study visa.
All students must be over the age of 18 to study here at TWC London.
For Pharmacy and Dental Nursing courses, once you submit your application, and required documents, and pay the enrolment fee, enrolment can take 2–3 weeks.
It is not a requirement, but some of the courses may benefit you if you have some previous experience.
